CASE MANAGER
The Southern Colorado AIDS Project is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide direct client services to persons living with HIV/AIDS. This position requires a BA/BS in human services, behavioral sciences or a related field, a minimum of two years case management experience, and reliable transportation. Candidate must be willing to travel to Pueblo weekly and to other remote areas on an as needed basis. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Diverse cultural awareness and HIV awareness is a plus.
