Confidential services are provided by Medical Case Managers specially trained in the unique needs of people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Programs and support include:
- Assistance in accessing medical and dental care
- Medical adherence support
- Substance abuse referrals
- Legal referrals
- Housing Assistance
- Insurance
- Medications
- Behavioral health programs & services
- Emergency financial assistance
- Food pantry
- Medical transportation
