Lunch
&
Learns
S-CAP’s
Lunch & Learn series has been designed to create a sense of community,
and to build relationships with our southern Colorado clients and volunteers,
while providing relevant information to HIV+ individuals from a variety
of professional guest speakers including infectious disease specialists
and nutritional experts.
The 2008
series begins at noon in Colorado Springs on Tuesday, January 29th, and
is followed by the Pueblo Lunch & Learn in February.
The Lunch
& Learns begin at noon in both Colorado Springs and Pueblo on the
last Tuesday of each month. The Colorado Springs luncheons are held in
the S-CAP office beginning at noon, while the Pueblo luncheons are held
in the Sangre de Cristo Art Center located at 210 N. Santa Fe in Pueblo.
The meeting space is located on the third floor of the Helen T. White
Gallery Building.
A
main dish and beverages will be provided at these functions,
and potluck dishes will supplement. You are welcome to bring a dish to
share, but it is not a requirement for participation.
Questions about the Lunch & Learn potlucks may be answered by calling
Bill Scharton at the Colorado Springs number, 719-578-9092 x129, or the
